MyDFi is the management tool for Internet services at DFi
It is made available to you, and gives you access to, from a single entry point, all your administrative and technical information, at the heart of DFi.
- MyDFi is entirely electronic thanks to the Web and email, no need any longer for paper correspondence.
- MyDFi is entirely automatic to guarantee a rapid reaction without error.
- MyDFi makes available to you detailed statistics over time.
These inform you of how much disk space you are using and how much data has been transferred in the case of hosting services or ADSL, SDSL connections etc.
MyDFi comprises three accounts
The principal client account
This is an administrative account which covers all the services used. It is numeric (eg, 100180) and allows access to all services without it being necessary to reconnect. See image
The domain account
This is an account created with each hosting service or connection. It is alphanumeric and begins with “ad” followed by a series of figures (eg. ad10122). See image
The email account
This account gives access only to your mailbox. See image
