• Computing infrastructures needs to develop, be renewed and consolidated. It is constantly necessary to monitor the compatibility of both equipment and software and to reduce costs in order to get the best from your IT investments. We can also provide, when required, advice on the training appropriate for the use, maintenance, administration and programming of equipment and software which we recommend and install.

IT maintenance consists of ensuring the following objectives:

• That you have access to expert advice to answer your questions
• that your essential equipment functions perfectly (servers, routers, etc) and
• that your software is up to date to limit all risks of malfunction (anti-virus programs, applications, firmware etc)
• and that non-critical incidents are regularly recorded and resolved.

We offer a maintenance and support contract which specifies the conditions under which interventions will take place : These interventions guarantee that preventive action is taken to maintain your equipment and that in the case of breakdown, a response is provided within 24 hours, by telephone, email or on-site if required (according to the contract reached with the client).

On-call interventions: outside the terms of the contract, we can also react rapidly to re-establish the productivity of the enterprise in cases of failure.

Once your IT infrastructure reaches a size which necessitates one or more IT specialists devote all or part of their time to its management, we can integrate personnel within your company and help you to manage day-to-day problems and develop your IT systems.
