Contract duration : 12 months with tacit renewal
Contract termination : In writing, 3 months before the end of the contract
Ownership of equipment : Except where stated otherwise, the client becomes owner of the equipment once all invoices are paid
Price : in CHF before VAT
Payment of invoices : on order
Validity : Until signed, the current contractual propositions are valid for 30 days from the date of their issue.
Other terms : The General Conditions of DFi (PDF 142k) version 3.0 form an integral part of all contracts.
